Vigilant Diagnostics LLC, founded in 2014, has developed patented Thermal Contrast Technology (TCA) that increases the sensitivity of Lateral Flow Assays (LFAs) by 10 to 250 times, allowing for faster and more accurate diagnostic results, with fewer false negatives and false positives. The company’s patent was developed at the University of Minnesota.
