Gold ( called Swarna in Sanskrit) is an important, noble metal used in Ayurvedic medicines since ancient times. How to Charge water with Gold and Silver Metals?
- This is done by boiling 1 to 10 grams of PURE Gold and Silver (Coin, Biscuit, Chip etc) in Water.
- Take four glasses of water, immerse Silver and/or Gold in its purest form in it, and start boiling the water. Boil it until the quantity of water becomes half. Or in acute cases boil until water evaporates to one fourth.
- The ions of gold and silver will enter the water, and this process charges the water.
- Wait till the water cools down. You can drink this water once it cools down to a drinkable temperature.
- Early morning is the best time to consume any Ayurvedic preparation to get most benefits out of it.
Ornaments with stones, or ornaments with lot of joints like chains or necklaces should NOT be used for this purpose.
