Honey Papaya Yogurt Parfait
This is a sweet snack yogurt parfait with fruit and cereal. It is packed with carbohydrates, fiber and protein for long-lasting energy.
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt low-fat or fat-free
- ½ cup diced papaya
- ½ cup low-sugar cereal
- 1 tsp honey

Add a bottom layer of yogurt to your cup with 1/2 of your yogurt.

Add diced papaya and sprinkles of papaya and a drizzle of honey.

Layer the other half of your yogurt.

Top with the remaining papaya, granola, and honey.
