  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup goji berries

Preparation

Place all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

In a saucepan over a low heat, melt the coconut oil, cacao butter, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut nectar.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix very well to combine. Transfer the mixture to a lined slice tin and press down firmly. Paced another sheet of baking paper over top to smooth out and press down well.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm and then cut into bars.

If you wish to add the chocolate drizzle, just melt down some dark raw chocolate (usually available in bulk at your local health food store). You can melt down a block of any chocolate you love and drizzle over top. Return to the fridge again to set.
