Healthcare Design is pleased to announce the winners of its 2019 Product Innovation Awards. This annual program recognizes product manufacturers offering the most innovative and unique products serving the healthcare design industry.
Thirty-one presentations were submitted for review and evaluated by a panel of 20 jurors, including architects, interior designers, providers, and consultants from HCD’s Editorial Advisory Board. Our jurors were impressed with the level of innovation overall and recognized three winning products for their ability to solve important problems and answer critical needs within the healthcare environment.
GOLD: Krug – Ascend
SILVER: MedSpace Innovations – Architectural Walls with Vacuum Plumbing System
BRONZE: STARC Systems – Modular Temporary Containment Walls
There were several finalists that the jury also felt contributed at a high level:
- Peter Pepper Products – Axcess Mobile Desk
- Momentum Group – Naked Poly
- KI – Ruckus
- Behavioral Safety Products – Ligature Resistant Sensor Faucet
The three winning products will be highlighted in the May 2019 issue of HCD, followed by a Product Gallery featuring all products entered this year.
