Makes approximately 23 peanut butter balls
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir it up!
If you like less texture, blend up the quinoa flakes and pumpkin seeds in a food processor/blender until they are more finely chopped.
Once combined, take the mixture and roll into 1.5 inch peanut butter balls.
