Raisins. Sweet delicious black raisins. We all have had our fair share of raisin cookies, raisin bread, or just raw raisins. Some of us even use them in our cooking. We just love them! Well, you will be surprised to know that your favorite fruit is a very good natural blood purifier. Healthy Ayurvedic Black Raisin Mocktail – A Natural Blood Purifier

This Ayurvedic Black Raisin Mocktail is a combination of digestive ingredients like black salt and cumin powder which makes it tasty as well as healthy, especially for your stomach.

Instructions

  1. Wash black raisins thoroughly.

  2. Soak black raisins in water overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.

  3. Crush these soaked black raisins with hand or blender and add 1 cup of water into it.

  4. Strain out the mixture with the strainer.

  5. Add cumin powder, Black salt, and lemon juice in the black raisin water and mix well.

  6. Chill this mixture in the refrigerator or add ice cubes in it or you can also have it at a room temperature.

  7. Serve and enjoy the natural goodness of the black raisin mocktail.
