Hammes Company has broken ground on a new medical office building in Hilton Head, S.C. Scheduled to open in late 2020, the 70,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building in the town of Okatie will expand services in the surrounding area and supplement Beaufort Memorial’s existing acute care regional hospital. Together with its affiliates, Hammes is the developer of the project and will provide comprehensive project management, while also retaining ownership of the facility.
