Construction commenced at a new two-story Orchard Medical Center in Valencia, Calif. The project is expected to be completed in March 2020. Craig Peters and Sam Glendon of the CBRE Group, Inc., are the leasing and sales agents for the project. The 41,244-square-foot property will be divisible into approximately 5,000-square-foot suites for sale or lease. The site is situated less than a half-mile from Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The 2.76-acre site, former location of a Pinecrest School and Einstein Academy, will also include five cars per 1,000 square feet of parking.
