Who is speaking at HLTH and CHIME’s newest conference ViVE?

The ViVE conference, scheduled for March 6-9 in Miami Beach, is a new conference from HLTH and CHIME that seeks to merge the leadership of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) with the digital marketplace of HLTH. By doing so, it’s created a technology event focused on the business of transformation in healthcare.

The conference attendees include C-suite executives, senior digital health leaders and buyers, healthcare startups and investors, government officials and vendors.  You can click here to view companies attending the event. ViVE has announced a roster of speakers that will share valuable insights on healthcare garnered from leadership roles across big tech, retail health, health systems, payers and more. They reflect some of the most critical conversations in healthcare from the sharing and protection of health data, health equity, care coordination and applying AI to healthcare. 

Here’s a preview of some of the featured speakers.

David Feinberg, MD Having served as CEO of UCLA Health and Geisinger Health before joining Google Health in 2019 and ultimately stepping into the CEO role at Cerner, he can offer perspectives from a provider, EHR vendor and big tech. 

Margaret-Mary Wilson, MD’s background is steeped in internal and geriatric medicine. Having joined UnitedHealth Group in 2008, she stepped into the role of Chief Medical Officer at the end of last year.  She helps advance clinical innovations and lead efforts to develop a modern, sustainable high-performing health system improving health equity, expanding access, lowering costs, and improving outcomes and experiences.

Dr. Micky Tripathi is the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he leads the formulation of the federal health IT strategy and coordinates federal health IT policies, standards, programs, and investment. Micky has more than 20 years of experience across the health IT landscape. 

Vishwanath (Vish) Anantraman, MD Equipped with a background as a practicing physician and master’s in medical informatics from MIT, Vish has worked at Allscripts (then Eclipsys) leading product management for their inpatient EMR among other roles. As Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Northwell Health, he launched several breakthrough innovations including an award winning virtual assistant for clinicians, which more than 10,000 clinicians and 5000 Alexa bedside devices used during the height of the pandemic. As CTO with Mayo Clinic, he leads the hospital’s technology strategy to drive AI adoption, digital transformation, cloud compute and democratizing access to petabyte scale data.  

Brandon Wales is the first Executive Director of the federal organization Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), serving as the senior career executive helping oversee execution of CISA operations. He is responsible for leading long-term strategy development, managing CISA-wide policy initiatives and ensuring effective operational collaboration across the Agency.

Jessica L. Mega, MD, MPH is the co-founder and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer at Verily. As CMSO, her focus is on translating technological innovations and scientific insights into partnerships and programs that improve patient outcomes and healthcare. She also oversees Verily’s clinical and science efforts.
